Project Manager. The Consulting Agency shall ensure that at all times during the Consulting Agency’s' performance of the Services, a project manager as specified in Annexure - XIV, acceptable to the SIDBI is taking charge of the performance of such Services and also interface with the SIDBI on a day to day basis.
