Rates and Prices. The rates will be Contractor and all-inclusive (taxes, duties, etc.) inclusive of service tax for the entire period of the contract. No additional charges on account of transportation of men and material, lunch, tea and conveyance etc. will be given. In the case of any change of statutory charges, the vendor shall bring it into the notice of NABARD immediately.
