Rights to Visit. 8.26.1. All records of the Xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx to any matters covered by this Tender document/ subsequent order shall be made available to SIDBI or its designees at any time during normal business hours, as often as SIDBI deems necessary, to audit, examine, and make excerpts or transcripts of all relevant data. 8.26.2. SIDBI, including its regulatory authorities like RBI etc., reserves the right to verify, through their officials or such other persons as SIDBI may authorise, the progress of the project at the development /customization site of the Bidder or where the services are being rendered by the bidder. 8.26.3. The Bank and its authorized representatives, including regulator like Reserve Bank of India (RBI) shall have the right to visit any of the Bidder’s xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx notice to ensure that data provided by the Bank is not misused. The Bidder will have to cooperate with the authorized representative/s of the Bank and will have to provide all information/ documents required by the Bank. 8.27.
