General Terms and Conditions. 1. Bank will have no liability whatsoever concerning the persons deployed by the tenderer for the purpose. The successful tenderer shall keep the bank indemnified against all losses of damages or liability arising out of or imposed in the course of employment of persons(s) by him. 2. The successful tenderer shall make regular and full payment of wages, salaries, PF and any other payment due to his employee(s) and furnish necessary proof. 3. If applicable, the successful tenderer shall obtain the necessary labor license from the Licensing Authority under the Contract labor (R&A) Act and Contract Rules framed there under and produce the same to the authorized representative of bank whenever asked to do so. 4. The successful tenderer shall comply with all acts, laws under Contract Labor (R&A) Act 1970 and EPF & EIS act, payments of wages act, minimum wages act or any other statutory rules regulations with their related amendments, by-laws applicable or which might become applicable with regard to the performance of work included herein or touching this contract from time to time and take such necessary steps as may be deemed necessary in this regard. The successful tenderer shall keep the bank indemnified against all penalties, claims and liabilities of every kind for any violation of such acts, Laws or Regulations etc. by him / her, his / her agents or his / her staff. 5. If at any time during the period of the contract, it is observed by the bank or by its authorized representatives that the services rendered by the tenderer's personnel are not to the satisfaction of the bank or any terms of the contract are violated, the bank reserves the right to terminate the contract by giving one month notice. 6. It shall be entirely, the responsibility of the successful tenderer to ensure that no unlawful act is done by his person(s) while on duty. 7. In case of loss of the Bank's property due to the negligence of carelessness of the person(s) deployed by the successful tenderer he will be responsible and shall make good the same. 8. The successful tenderer shall be solely responsible for settling / resolving any dispute/ claim of his / her personnel during the contract. No liability shall accrue to the bank under the circumstances during / after expiry of the contract. 9. The contractor shall indemnify bank against any payments to be made under and for observance of the above mentioned various laws and rules. General Terms and Conditions. 1. It is mandatory for STBA agents to wear white apron with name badge while performing duty at the booking counter. 2. The Railway Officer in charge of the station i.e. the concerned Station Master / Assistant Station Master will be controlling authority for the safe custody of the ticket rolls and STBA shall be responsible & liable to daily hand over / take over the ticket roll from the concerned Station Master / Assistant Station Master. Proper record of ticket roll issued to the STBA shall invariably be maintained by SM / ASM at station. 3. STBA as a licensed independent contractor shall be responsible to issue UTS tickets from the station premises. 4. STBA shall deposit / hand over the cash collected through sale of tickets, Non- issued/Cancelled tickets to On Duty Station Master / Assistant Station Master immediately after completion of shift. In turn, on duty SM will ensure the amount, Number of Non-issued/Cancelled tickets as per DTC tickets are properly kept in register by the STBA. SM invariably should check the register of “Non-issue tickets” on daily basis and make endorsement on the same with clear signature before acknowledging the cash. 5. STBA is authorized to issue cash ticket(s) only. 6. The facility of 'NI' (Not Issued tickets) will be permitted to the STBA only when authorized / endorsed by the concerned Station Master / Assistant Station Master. This aspect should be strictly followed at each STBA location. 7. The STBA operator will be allowed to sell all types of non-concessional unreserved tickets issued through UTS module including platform tickets, Senior Citizen concessional tickets, season tickets & renewal of season tickets. 8. All other concessional tickets requiring documentary proof before issue of tickets can be issued by STBA only when endorsed and permitted by the concerned Station Master / Assistant Station Master. 9. Cancellation of ticket: The facility of cancellation of ticket may be extended to STBA only when authorized / endorsed by the concerned Station Master / Assistant Station Master. This aspect should be strictly followed at each STBA location. 10. The STBA and the additional person (only on prior approval of competent railway authority) assisting him to sell tickets shall be issued a photo identity card by the concerned Regional Officer and their name(s) will also be displayed on a Notice Board at the station premises. 11. General Terms and Conditions. 1. Sealed Quotations shall be addressed to Shri X.X.Xxxxxxx, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi and super scribed "AMC for Pest Control Treatment in Bank’s Main Office Building and Annexe Building at New Delhi” and sent so as to reach her not later than 2.00 PM on June 28, 2018. 2. The quotations shall be opened at 3.00 P.M. on June 28, 2018 at this office in the presence of contractors or their representatives should they choose to be present. 3. Quotations shall remain open to acceptance by the Bank for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of the Quotation, which period may be extended by mutual agreement and the Tenderer shall not cancel alter or withdraw the Quotation during this period. 4. Reserve Bank of India does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Quotation and reserves to itself the right to accept or reject any or all the Quotations either in whole or in part, without assigning any reasons for doing so. 5. The contractor shall clearly understand the scope of work and items to be carried out before quoting. The tenderers shall see the site before quoting for the work. They shall also note the following: (i) The detailed item wise work, specifications (ii) All the approved brands of materials. 6. The tenderer must obtain for himself, on his own responsibility and at his own Expenses, all the information which may be necessary for the purpose for making a tender and for entering into a contract and must inspect the site of the work and acquaint himself with all local conditions, means of access to work, nature of work and all matters appertaining thereto. 7. The rates quoted in the Quotation shall be for completing the work according to the detailed specifications including supplying material, labour, etc. at site. The rate shall inclusive of GST by Central Government or State Government or any local authorities. The rates shall also include transportation, loading and unloading, freight charges, transit, insurance etc. The rate shall also include handling, transportation from store to place of work of the materials to be supplied by the Bank. 8. On receipt of intimation from the Bank of the acceptance of his / their tender, the successful tenderer shall be bound to implement the contract and within fourteen days thereof.
