Tender Form Cost. 4.1.1. Non-refundable tender form cost of requisite value as specified in “Critical Information” section of RfP by way of Banker’s Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Pay Order drawn on a scheduled bank, favoring ‘Small Industries Development Bank of India’, payable at Lucknow OR direct deposit to SIDBI account and submission of proof along with bid. Details of SIDBI Account are given in Section 4.3 4.1.2. The Bank may, at its discretion, reject any Bidder where the tender form cost has not been furnished with the RFP response. 4.1.3. MSEs registered with National Small Industries Corporation or Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom or any other body specified by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are exempted from bid price. 4.1.4. In the event of tender getting cancelled, the tender form cost will not be refunded. In case the tender is cancelled and re-floated, the bidder who had submitted tender fee against earlier tender will be exempted from payment of bid price.
