Transfer of License. Transfer of license to the spouse/legal heir would be allowed only in the event of death of the original licensee. The license shall be transferred in the name of legal heir for the unexpired period of the contract as per General Conditions of Contract (GCC) of Railways. No subletting will be allowed.
