Disclosure permissions. The receiving party may disclose Confidential Information if such disclosure is required according to applicable laws or governmental regulations, provided that the receiving party has previously notified the disclosing party of the disclosure by e-mail in parallel with the written notice and has taken reasonable and lawful actions to avoid and minimise the extent of the disclosure.
