Illegality Event has the meaning given to it in Article 4.3.A(4). "ILO" means the International Labour Organisation. "ILO Standards" means any treaty, convention or covenant of the ILO signed and ratified by or otherwise applicable and binding on the Republic of Serbia, and the Core Labour Standards (as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work).

"Interest Revision/Conversion Proposal" means a proposal made by the Bank under Schedule D. "Interest Revision/Conversion Request" means a written notice from the Borrower, delivered at least 75 (seventy five) days before an Interest Revision/Conversion Date, requesting the Bank to submit to it an Interest Revision/Conversion Proposal.
