Common use of Car Alarm Clause in Contracts

Car Alarm. 9.1 Service: You will receive a message or push notification when the vehicle’s anti-theft alarm is triggered. The message contains information about the alarm triggered and a time stamp. In comparison to the “Car Security Package”, third parties will not be informed about the alarm triggered. 9.2 Restrictions of use: The service can only trigger a message or push notification if the vehicle can establish a connection to the internet. In case the vehicle alarm device is triggered but the vehicle control unit does not have an internet connection (e.g. due to underground parking), the message or push notification will be sent as soon as a connection is available.
