CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT. By accepting the present GTC and using the Service an online service contract is concluded between the Customer and the Simple for an indefinite period of time (hereinafter: “Contract”) in accordance with the Article 55 (4) of the Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce and services related to the information society (hereinafter: “E- comm Act”). The present GTC contains the general terms and conditions of the Contact and forms an integral part thereof.
