ENTRY INTO FORCE. An entity becomes a Party to this Consortium Agreement upon signature of this Consortium Agreement by a duly authorised representative. This Consortium Agreement shall have effect from the Effective Date identified at the beginning of this Consortium Agreement. A new entity becomes a Party to the Consortium Agreement upon signature of the accession document (Attachment 2) by the new Party and the Coordinator. Such accession shall have effect from the date identified in the accession document.
ENTRY INTO FORCE. This Agreement shall enter into force thirty (30) days after the date of the receipt of the later note in an exchange of diplomatic notes between the Contracting Parties confirming that their respective constitutional requirements have been fulfilled. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned being duly authorised thereto by their respective Governments, have signed this Agreement, in duplicate in the Hungarian, Arabic and English languages, all texts being equally authentic and each Contracting Party retains one original in each language for implementation. In the event of any divergence of interpretation, the English text shall prevail. Done at Riyadh on the 21st of October 2020 AD, corresponding 4th of Rabi Al-Awwal 1442 AH.
ENTRY INTO FORCE. The Agreement shall enter into force thirty (30) days after the date of the receipt of the later note in exchange of diplomatic notes between the Contracting Parties confirming that their respective constitutional requirements have been fulfilled. Upon the entry into force of the Agreement, the Air Transport Agreement between the Hungarian People’s Republic and the State of Kuwait, signed at Kuwait, on 19 March, 1979 shall cease to be in force. Done in the State of Kuwait on 28th January 2016, in two originals, each in the Hungarian, Arabic and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. However, in case of divergence of interpretation of the Agreement or its Annex, the English text shall prevail.
ENTRY INTO FORCE. This Protocol shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after five of the States referred to in article 7, paragraph 3, of this Protocol, have deposited their instruments of ratification or accession.
ENTRY INTO FORCE. This Agreement shall be approved pursuant to the national legislation of the State of each Contracting Party which shall be confirmed by exchange of diplomatic notes. This Agreement shall come into force on the thirtieth day after the receipt of the last notification confirming that the Contracting Parties have completed procedures required for the entry into force of this Agreement. Once this Agreement enters into force according to this Article, the Agreement between the Hungarian People’s Republic and the Government of the Republic of Egypt for establishing and regulating Civil Air Transport signed on 20/3/1958 will be terminated. This Agreement is drawn in two originals in the Hungarian, Arabic and English languages, all originals being equally authentic. In case of divergence of interpretation the English text shall prevail. Each Party retains one copy for implementation. In witness whereof, the undersigned, being duly authorized thereto by their respective Governments, have signed the present Agreement. ENTRY INTO FORCE. The amendment in Article 1 shall be deemed to be accepted provided that none of the Parties have given the Secretary-General written objection to it within six months from the date on which the Secretary-General circulates the adopted Protocol.
