Entry into force. This Convention shall come into force on the ninetieth day following the day of deposit of the sixth instrument of ratification or accession.
Entry into force. An entity becomes a Party to this Consortium Agreement upon signature of this Consortium Agreement by a duly authorised representative. This Consortium Agreement shall have effect from the Effective Date identified at the beginning of this Consortium Agreement. A new entity becomes a Party to the Consortium Agreement upon signature of the accession document (Attachment 2) by the new Party and the Coordinator. Such accession shall have effect from the date identified in the accession document.
Entry into force. This Agreement shall enter into force thirty (30) days after the date of the receipt of the later note in an exchange of diplomatic notes between the Contracting Parties confirming that their respective constitutional requirements have been fulfilled. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned being duly authorised thereto by their respective Governments, have signed this Agreement, in duplicate in the Hungarian, Arabic and English languages, all texts being equally authentic and each Contracting Party retains one original in each language for implementation. In the event of any divergence of interpretation, the English text shall prevail. Done at Riyadh on the 21st of October 2020 AD, corresponding 4th of Rabi Al-Awwal 1442 AH.
Entry into force. This Protocol shall be subject to adoption by the Member States in accordance with their respective constitutional requirements.
