Common use of Interruption of a trip, return Clause in Contracts

Interruption of a trip, return. If the Insured is forced to end the trip earlier than the scheduled date because either the Insured or the family member sharing the same house- hold with the Insured suddenly and severely falls ill, suffers an accident or dies or because they suffer a significant loss of property or because of the outbreak of a sudden war or internal disturbance at the destination or due to the occurrence of a natural disaster, the Insurer shall organise for the trip home. The Insurer shall assume the extra expenses incurring over and above the expenses of the originally planned return journey up to the amount of Euro 1,500 by Insured.
