Priority zone. The Service Provider shall also make available to the User so-called priority zones, available on a temporary or permanent basis, where, depending on the zone, a zone fee indicated in the Tariff shall be payable upon commencement and/or termination of rental. The priority zones and the relevant zone fee are indicated in the Tariff and in the Mobile Application with the letter "P". The User is obliged to comply with the rules applicable to the area of the priority zones, to use the parking spaces dedicated to the Service Provider in accordance with their intended purpose, to preserve their condition, and to be liable for any damage caused by the User in the area of the priority zones.
