(abbreviated: Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx) • Xxxxxxxx University of Budapest Kinizsi Dormitory (1092 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx x. 2-6.) (abbreviated: Kinizsi Dormitory) • Corvinus University of Budapest Tarkaréti Dormitory (1106 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx x. 6.) (abbreviated: Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx) Corvinus University of Budapest Gellért Campus Dormitory (0000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx xx 0.) (abbreviated: Gellért Campus Dormitory)(hereinafter: “University”) and the Corvinus students, Corvinus college students, visiting students and preparatory programme participants making use of the places in its buildings that provide dormitory accommodation (hereinafter: “Student”, the University and the Student hereinafter being jointly referred to as “Parties”), and stipulate the relevant rights and obligations of the Parties. 2. The Student declares that with the submission of the Move-in Application Form through Single Education System of Neptun (in the following: Neptun) he/she has understood and consented to be bound by the GTC and its contents. Should the Student decide not to accept the GTC, no legal relationship is established for the use of dormitory accommodation and the Student cannot occupy the dormitory place. 3. The Move-in Application submitted by the Student must be read in conjunction with the GTC. II.
