Common use of Subjects of the insurance contract Clause in Contracts

Subjects of the insurance contract. 1.1.1 The insured: Persons that at the time the insurance was taken out have had their regular place of residence in Hungary, or a State of the European Union (EU), Switzerland or Liechtenstein for at least six months can be designated as the insured in the policy. In the family insurance up to max. 2 adults and 5 minors can be named as co-insured in the policy, regardless of their degree of relationship. Unborn children can not be named as insured persons.
