Subscribed Product(s). Electronic scientific content defined in Appendix 1 of the present agreement.
Subscribed Product(s). Elsevier grants to die Subscriber within this Agreement the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Science Direct Freedom Collection database detailed in Appendix 1 (“Subscribed Products”) and provides access to its Authorized Users (as defined in Appendix 2) in relation to the Subscribed Products subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The invitation to tender, the tender documentation and the detailed offer, and the Licence Agreement of the Service Provider are integral parts of this Agreement (Appendix 3). In case of any differences or discrepancies between this Agreement and its appendices, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. In case of any discrepancies between this Agreement and the Licence Agreement, die provisions of this Agreement shall prevail as well.
Subscribed Product(s). Elsevier grants to the Subscriber within this Agreement the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Scopus database detailed in Appendix 1 (“Subscribed Products”) and provides access to its Authorized Users (as defined in Appendix 2) in relation to the Subscribed Products subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Parties agree that non-exclusive licence hereunder shall mean that Elsevier is entitled to grant subscription as to the subject matter of this Agreement to institutions/organisations falling outside tire range of the subscribed users under this Agreement. The invitation to tender, the tender documentation and the detailed offer, and the Licence Agreement of the Service Provider are integral parts of this Agreement (Appendix 3). In case of any differences or discrepancies between this Agreement and its appendices, the provisions of eltérés vagy ellentmondás esetén, a jelen szerződés rendelkezései az ir ányadók. A jelen szerződés, valamint a liccnc szerződés közötti ellentmondás esetén szintén a jelen szerződés rendelkezései lesznek irányadóak.
Subscribed Product(s). Elsevier hereby grants to the Subscriber the non-exclusive, non- transferable right to access and use the products and services identified in Schedule 1 ("Subscribed Products") and provide the Subscribed Products to its Authorized Users (as defined herein) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The invitation to tender, the tender doc umentation and the detailed offer are in tegral parts of this Agreem ent (Appendix 3). In case of any differences or discrepan cies between this Agreem ent and its ap pendices, the provisions of this A gree ment shall prevail.
