Termination of the Agreement. The Agreement shall terminate if: • the Parties conclude the Network Usage Framework Contract; • the limited natural gas trading licensee has not concluded the Network Usage Framework Contract within one year after the limited natural gas trading license has been obtained; • the Office has withdrawn any of the Parties’ license; • any of the Parties has ceased without a legal successor
Termination of the Agreement. The Agreement is terminated in the following cases: • Either Contracting Party is dissolved without a legal successor, • according to Clause 3.1.2. of the GTC with termination of for cause • according to Xxxxxx 4. of the GTC with ordinary termination • Member’s operational license is suspended or withdrawn by the Authority on the day when the relevant Authority decision becomes final and binding, • the gas market clearing membership agreement made with KELER KSZF Központi Szerződő Fél Zrt. (KELER KSZF Zrt.) is terminated for any reason, • The Network Usage Framework Contract or the IT Platform User Agreement concluded with the transmission system operator is terminated for any reason.
Termination of the Agreement. Lessor reserves the right, in the event of a breach of the obligations of this present GRC, to declare premature termination of the Rental Agreement and to demand the immediate return of the vehicle and, where applicable, to assert claims for damages. This above provision shall apply particularly if the Renter causes damage to the vehicle to such an extent that it is impossible to continue using the vehicle.
