NEM definition

NEM means Neo Material Technologies Inc., the predecessor entity to Neo, which was acquired by Molycorp in the Molycorp Acquisition;
NEM means NASCAR Event Management, Inc. which has been authorized by the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, Inc. (“NASCAR”) to grant certain NASCAR-owned and/or NASCAR-controlled rights to PROMOTER and perform certain obligations that are specified in this Agreement.

NEM means the National Electricity Market as defined in the Rules. New Technology means any and all technology however embodied, including without limitation processes, formulae, reports, documents, notes, drafts, drawings, specifications, software, blue-prints, know-how, research data, discoveries, inventions, secrets, designs or improvements in procedures and where the context so requires, apparatus and equipment utilising same.
