Common use of BUSINESS DEBIT Clause in Contracts

BUSINESS DEBIT. 2.1 In addition to the general expressions provided in Section I and the terms and conditions governing the use of Business ATM service (including its further amendment(s), variantion(s), modification(s) and/or suplement(s)), the following expressions shall be used for the purpose of interpreting the specific terms and conditions governing the use of Business Debit service: (i) “Card” means any card issued by HSBC that allows the Customer and/or its Nominated User(s) to transact at POS as well as withdraw cash via theATMs, including any replacement thereof; (ii) “PIN” means a personal indentification number issued by HSBC to the Customer and/or its Nominated User(s) for the purpose of identification of the Customer and the Nominated User in giving Instruction to HSBC using the Card through an ATM, including any replacement assigned thereto;
