Governing Law And Jurisdiction. a. The auction and any resulting contract for sale of the Property on the terms stated in these Conditions of Sale shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising shall be referred to the Courts of Malaysia for determination. b.
