Common use of Market Data Clause in Contracts

Market Data. (a) To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we and/or our agents, third party Providers or licensors do not warrant the accuracy, suitability, adequacy, currency, availability, reliability or completeness of any Market Data, and are not liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on any Market Data or for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or any other losses, damages, costs or expenses whatsoever even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses, damages, costs or expenses.
