Common use of Price Clause in Contracts

Price. The price payable for the Products (“Price”) and any other terms and conditions of purchase shall be not higher than that stated in the Order and unless otherwise stated shall be: a. inclusive of all charges including, but not limited to, packaging material, packing, shipping, loading, carriage, insurance and delivery of the Products to the delivery address and any duties, imposts, levies or taxes (including any sales or use tax) other than value added tax; and b. fixed for the duration of the applicable Contract.
