Common use of Reservation of Rights Clause in Contracts

Reservation of Rights. We reserve the right at any time to immediately suspend the Price Alert Service or access thereto for such period or periods as we consider reasonably appropriate without notice to you if (a) suspension is necessary for the purpose of (routine or emergency) maintenance or enhancement of the Price Alert Service;
