RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY. (i) The Customer agrees that the Bank has the absolute discretion to make Electronic Statement Facility available to the Customer. Furthermore the Bank has the discretion from time to time to modify, restrict, withdraw, cancel, suspend, discontinue or to determine the scope of the Electronic Statement Facility without giving any reason, upon prior notification.
