SALE BEING SET ASIDE OR CONSENT NOT BEING OBTAINED. 17.1 In the event of the sale being set aside for any reason whatsoever by the Assignee/Bank or by an Order of Court or consent (if applicable) not being obtained from the Developer/Proprietor and/or other relevant authorities, this sale shall be of no further effect from the date thereof and the Assignee/Bank shall refund the Purchase Deposit or TPP, as the case may be, to the Purchaser free of interest and the Purchaser shall not be entitled to any claim and/or demand whatsoever against the Assignee/Bank or any other party on account thereof.
