This study aims to find out and explain the cooperation agreement between the Mataram City Hospital and the Mataram City Tourism Office regarding the obstacles and ways of settlement in implementing the MoU related to Health Tourism and to find out the legal consequences of the Health Tourism agreement between the Mataram City Hospital and the Mataram City Tourism Office. The research method in this writing is empirical normative. The results of this study indicate that the legal relationship between the Mataram City Hospital and the Mataram City Tourism Office is based on a cooperation agreement, and a binding legal relationship is formed for both parties and the procedure for implementing this cooperation agreement is carried out in the form of a written agreement, based on the
