This research aims to determine the implementation of the agreement between PT. Fauza Wisata Ihsani and the Umrah Pilgrims and to understand the resolution in case of default. The method used in this research is the empirical legal method. The research is conducted by directly examining the field to observe how the agreements applied by PT. Fauza Wisata relate to the law and by conducting direct interviews with respondents and informants. The approach methods used include the statutory approach, conceptual approach, and sociolegal approach. The research results show that the implementation process of the agreements between the parties is made through handwritten agreements in the form of stamped and unstamped standard agreements. Therefore, a collaboration has been established between PT. Fauza Wisata Ihsani and the Umrah Pilgrims to perform Umrah worship according to the specified time.
