This research was conducted on profit sharing in venture capital business agreements. The settlement disputes in the event of a default in a venture capital agreement with a profit- sharing pattern. This type of research uses normative legal analysis, namely, law, that places law as a building method of standards. The system of norms in question regards principles, standards, rules of law, court decisions, agreements, and doctrines (teachings). The research results reveal that profit sharing depends on the previous deal. So, for example, in the agreement, it is stated that the profit sharing is 70:30. The profits or losses from the company are shared for both parties according to their proportions, namely 70% for business partner companies and 30% for venture capital companies.
