POSTPONEMENT, REDUCTION, SUPPRESSION OF THE EXHIBITION. It is the discretional and unquestionable right of the Organiser to make altera- tions to the date of the Exhibition, without this giving the right to the Exhibitor to withdraw or however terminate the contract and free themselves from any commitment undertaken. Furthermore, the Organiser may reduce the Exhibition, or rather suppress it completely or in some areas of it, without thus being obli- ged to pay any indemnity, penalty or damages of any sort. In these cases, the Organiser must communicate all changes made in writing by registered letter or certified mail to be forwarded at least 15 days before the programmed opening date of the Exhibition.
