Prohibitions and Obligations. In particular it is forbidden for the Exhibitors to: -apply loads or lean material against the pavilion structures, the walls, the li- ghting pilings, etc; - attach or hang on the abovementioned components: posters, cables, panels, banners, stickers; - in order to attach fitted carpet to the floor or similar materials, it is absolutely forbidden to use double-sided strong adhesive tape and with internal paper support or of weak consistency; - damage any equipment belonging to ModenaFiere and the structures of the pavilions; - abandon any debris materials and/or rubbish of any type; - bring into the Fair District any explosive materials, detonating explosives, asphyxiants or however dangerous, as well as introduce or use compressed gas or liquid gas canisters, and inflate aerostatic balloons; - use open flames (candles, chimneys, t-lights, etc…). The Exhibitor assumes exclusively the civil and penal liability for any damage caused by non-observance of or violation of the current regulations and all the requirements stipulated in these Regulations and in the Safety Regulations, undertaking furthermore to keep ModenaFiere exempt from any requests for compensation received from third parties. The Exhibitor must inform its own staff and any companies working for it in the Fair District of the requirements and the prohibitions of these Regulations and the Safety Regulations concerning the general conditions for participation in the Exhibition. Failure to observe these regulations and those relevant regulations also in the general conditions for participation gives ModenaFiere the right to take pre- cautionary measures against the company, for example, with fire-extinguisher incorrectly positioned, which could mean, should supplementary measures to the global safety conditions be adopted, it would be charged with the corre- sponding costs which are calculated in advance at no less than € 300,00/form plus VAT or to court order the partial or total dismantling of the stand and the declaration of non usability of the stand itself. It is specifically forbidden for exhibitors to: - perform any kind of show or entertainment, of any nature whatsoever, even if limited within the stand or aimed at presenting the products without the prior written consent of the Organiser; - transfer or exchange even a part of the stand; - exhibit products contrary to the merchandise category of the stand, which ap- pears on the Application Form; - exhibit advertising or samples even simpl...
