Clearing System Global Warrant is as defined in Condition 21;

  • If the Warrants are American Style Warrants, upon exercise of less than all the English Law Warrants constituted by the Clearing System Global Warrant, the Common Depositary will, on the instructions of, and on behalf of the Principal Warrant Agent, note such exercise on the Schedule to such Clearing System Global Warrant and the number of Warrants so constituted shall be reduced by the cancellation pro tanto of the Warrants so exercised.

  • Each of the Clearing System Global Warrant and the Registered Global Warrant is referred to in these Terms and Conditions as a "Global Warrant".

  • English Law Warrants (as defined in Condition 4 below) other than Swedish Warrants and Italian Dematerialised Warrants are constituted by a clearing system global warrant (the "Clearing System Global Warrant") or a registered global warrant (the "Registered Global Warrant") or a warrant in definitive registered form (a "Private Placement Definitive Warrant") as specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Each of the Clearing System Global Warrant and the Registered Global Warrant is referred to in these Terms and Conditions as a Global Warrant.
