If the Warrants are American Style Warrants, upon exercise of less than all the English Law Warrants constituted by the Clearing System Global Warrant, the Common Depositary will, on the instructions of, and on behalf of the Principal Warrant Agent, note such exercise on the Schedule to such Clearing System Global Warrant and the number of Warrants so constituted shall be reduced by the cancellation pro tanto of the Warrants so exercised.
