Examples of Global Certificate in a sentence

  • Transfers in respect of Certificates represented by a French Law Global Certificate must be effected through Account Holders(s).

  • In the case of Certificates represented by a Rule 144A Global Certificate held by a Custodian on behalf of DTC, the Rule 144A Global Certificate will be registered in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of DTC, but this does not confer any rights or benefits on Cede & Co. or any other nominee of DTC in whose name a Rule 144A Global Certificate may be registered.

  • Rights conferred by the Rule 144A Global Certificate are only enforceable by the Holders (as defined below) as provided therein.

  • Transfers of such Rule 144A Global Certificate by such nominee of DTC shall be limited to transfers of such Global Certificate, in whole but not in part, to another nominee of DTC or to a successor of DTC or such successor's nominee.

  • In the case of English Law Certificates (other than VPC Certificates or Italian Dematerialised Certificates), the applicable Final Terms (or the relevant provisions thereof) will be attached to each Global Certificate of Private Placement Definitive Certificate.

  • English Law Certificates (as defined in Condition 4 below) other than VPC Certificates and Italian Dematerialised Certificates are constituted by an English Law clearing system global certificate (each, a "Global Certificate"), as specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Except in the case of French Law Certificates, Swedish Certificates and Italian Dematerialised Certificates, the applicable Final Terms for the Certificates is attached to each Global Certificate and each Private Placement Definitive Certificate.

Ogni riscuotitrice automatica è collegata alla ditta DATA4 S.r.l. tramite un collegamento telematico con adeguate linee telefoniche messe a disposizione dalla scrivente Azienda X.X.XX. che permette alla ditta di garantire la funzionalità, manutenzione ed assistenza tecnica comprensiva del telemonitoraggio (il carico scarico per l’area Ovest è effettuato dalla ditta Battistolli BMC S.p.A., mentre per l’area Est il problema non si pone in quanto non c’è gestione di denaro contante) delle riscuotitrici automatiche oggetto del contratto di fornitura del servizio di manutenzione ed assistenza tecnica de quo. In data 31 dicembre 2018 è scaduto il triennio di validità del contratto con Data4 S.r.l. approvato con deliberazione n. 1196 del 20 settembre 2017. Sussistendo i presupposti stabiliti dall’art 63 co. 2 lett. b) del Dlgs. n. 50/2016 e s.m.i. si propone il rinnovo del contratto di fornitura di servizi e manutenzione straordinaria dei software, che si allega al presente provvedimento quale sua parte integrante e sostanziale, con la ditta DATA4 S.r.l., con validità dal 01/01/2019 al 31/12/2020, esplicitando sinteticamente qui di seguito i termini contrattuali negoziati: - servizio di telemonitoraggio e assistenza tecnica delle riscuotitrici automatiche nonché di eventuali parti di ricambio da utilizzare in caso di guasto, stabilito in € 14.000,00 annuo – I.V.A. esclusa così ripartito: - € 6.000,00 per tutte e n. 6 le riscuotitrici automatiche attualmente utilizzate per effettuare i pagamenti con sola moneta elettronica. - € 8.000,00 per le n. 4 riscuotitrici automatiche utilizzate per i pagamenti con valuta elettronica e contanti. Si precisa pertanto che il relativo costo sarà posto a carico del Bilancio Sanitario per gli anni 2019 - 2020 e così ripartito: - anno 2019 € 14.000,00 (annualità 2019) + I.V.A. 22% - anno 2020 € 14.000,00 (annualità 2020) + I.V.A. 22%.
