Examples of Global Security in a sentence

  • Rights conferred by the Rule 144A Global Security are only enforceable by the Holders (as defined below) as provided therein.

  • Transfers of such Rule 144A Global Security by such nominee of DTC shall be limited to transfers of such Rule 144A Global Security, in whole but not in part, to another nominee of DTC or to a successor of DTC or such successor's nominee.
