Liability of the Guest. Article 19. The Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage caused through intention or negligence on the part of the Guest. Article 20. The Hotel may amend these Terms and Conditions and Usage Terms (hereinafter referred to T&C, etc.) at its discretion in the following cases, and Guests shall be deemed to have accepted these changes without objection:
