Other Rights and Limitations. (1) The Customer may duplicate the Software only for the purpose of back up. however, the Customer may not try out, use, or run such back up of the Software on any computer. (2) The Customer may duplicate the Software for the purpose of examinations to confirm modified programs before the installment. The Customer shall delete any of such duplications immediately after the relevant examination is completed. (3) The Customer may transfer the Software to another server computer owned or legitimately held by the Customer, when the Customer must delete the Software from the server computer from which the Software was transferred. (1) The Customer is not allowed to distribute. (1) The Customer is not allowed to lend or lease the Software. In addition, the Customer may not assign, transfer or sublicense the right to use the Software to any third party. (1) The Customer may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, reverse assemble, modify or change the Software or make any software derived from the Software. The Customer may not duplicate, modify, change or translate any document in relation to the Software. (1) No right shall Creamsoft grant the Customer relating to any use of trademarks of Creamsoft. Creamsoft shall reserve any and all right other than those explicitly conferred to the Customer under this Agreement. (2) If the license during the lifetime, released new versions of the Software, The License shall automatically forced into migrating to a new version of the Software, The License to a old version of the Software automatically disappear. Customer must promptly update the Software. (1) CREAMSOFT MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET THE CUSTOMER ’ S REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE SECURE OR ERROR FREE. XXXXXX MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED. (2) Creamsoft may change, suspend or discontinue, without obtaining prior consent of the Customer, any functions and/or operations of the Software. In no event shall Creamsoft guarantee to continue to provide the Customer with the functions, operations and environment of the Software equivalent to those at the time of the execution of this Agreement. (3) Any oral or written information or advice provided by Creamsoft shall not constitute any additional warranty or expansion of any warranty hereunder in any sense.

  • 提供の停止 当社は、契約者が次の各号に該当するときは、本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止することがあります。 (1) 利用料金またはその他の債務について支払期日を経過しても支払わないとき (2) 本規約に定める義務に違反したとき (3) 当社が提供するサービス（本サービスを含みますが、これに限りません）を直接または間接に利用する者の当該利用に対し重大な支障を与える様態において本サービスを利用したとき (4) その他当社が不適切と判断する行為を行ったとき

  • 分離可能性 本規約のいずれかの条項又はその一部が、消費者契約法その他の法令等により無効又は執行不能と判断された場合であっても、本規約の残りの規定及び一部が無効又は執行不能と判断された規定の残りの部分は、継続して完全に効力を有するものとします。

  • 善管注意義務 当社は、本サービスの利用期間中、善良なる管理者の注意をもって本サービスを提供するものとします。ただし、利用契約等に別段の定めがあるときはこの限りでないものとします。

  • 分離性 本規約の一部分が無効で強制力をもたないと判明した場合でも、本規約の残りの部分の有効性はその影響を受けず引続き有効で、その条件に従って強制力を持ち続けるものとします。

  • 個人情報の第三者への提供 1. 当社は、以下に該当する場合を除くほか、あらかじめ申込者等本人の同意を得ずに個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

  • 個人情報の預託 会員等は、当社が当社の事務（配送業務、印刷業務、コンピュータ事務、代金決済事務およびこれらに付随する事務等を含むがこれらに限られません）を第三者に業務委託（契約に基づき当該委託先が別企業に再委託する場合を含む）する場合に、当社が個人情報の保護措置を講じた上で、本同意条項に定める個人情報等を当該業務委託先に預託することに同意します。

  • 設置場所の変更 加入者は、次の場合に限り引込線及び STB の設置場所を変更できるものとします。 （1） 変更先が同一建物内及び同一敷地内。 （2） 変更先が当社の業務区域内でかつ当社の定める技術基準に適合する場合。

  • 秘密の保持等 乙は、業務の履行に関して知り得た秘密を第三者に漏らし、又は業務の履行以外の目的に利用してはならない。この契約が終了し、又は解除された後においても同様とする。

  • デビットカード取引契約等 (1) 前条第 1 項により暗証番号の入力がされた時に、端末機に口座引落確認を表す電文が表示されないことを解除条件として、加盟店との間で売買取引債務を預金口座の引落しによって支払う旨の契約（以下本章において｢デビットカード取引契約｣といいます｡）が成立するものとします。 (2) 前項によりデビットカード取引契約が成立したときは、次の行為がなされたものとみなします。
