Term of Agreement. This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues until all Order Forms entered into hereunder have terminated or expired pursuant to the terms hereof and subject to Sections 9.3 and 9.4 below.
Term of Agreement. 9.3 Except as expressly permitted herein, for a period of year (s) from the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Recipient shall maintain in confidence and not disclose Confidential Information to any third party. Recipient shall use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of performing this Agreement. Recipient shall disclose Confidential Information only to those of its employees who have a need to know such information to perform this Agreement.
