Forwarding data and information. In the event Customer is acting as a forwarder on Platform and is therefore using the “sub assignment” function, Customer must ensure that Customer is entitled to forward the data/information from Platform to a subcarrier/subcontractor. If Customer is not entitled to do so, Customer has the possibility to delete/edit the data/information.
