Common use of General Obligations Clause in Contracts

General Obligations. 2.1. The Supplier undertakes to deliver the Product to the Buyer and the Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier of the Product according to this Contract. 2.2. Each Party, from the date of signing the Contract, is obliged to take all decisions necessary to carry out the Contract. The Parties are obliged to contribute to the execution of the Contract, taking into account specific and dependent factors to each Party.
