PASKOLOS GRĄŽINIMAS. 4.1. Paskolos gavėjas xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx sumą dalimis laikydamasis Paskolos grąžinimo grafike nustatytų terminų bei kitų įsipareigojimų, numatytų Sutartyje.
PASKOLOS GRĄŽINIMAS. 5.1 Paskolos gavėjas grąžina Paskolą tokia tvarka, kaip nurodyta Paskolos grąžinimo grafike. Visą Paskolą Paskolos gavėjas pradeda grąžinti Paskolos grąžinimo grafike nurodytą pirmąją mokėjimo dieną grąžina iki Paskolos grąžinimo termino pabaigos periodiniais mokėjimais mokėjimo dienomis pagal Paskolos grąžinimo grafiką. Visa Paskola turi būti grąžinta iki Paskolos grąžinimo termino pabaigos.
PASKOLOS GRĄŽINIMAS. 3.1. Klientas įsipareigoja grąžinti SME Loans visą jam pagal Paskolos sutartį suteiktą Paskolą sumomis ir terminais, nurodytais Mokėjimų grafike, pradedant grąžinimą nuo Paskolos sutarties specialiosiose sąlygose nurodytos Paskolos grąžinimo pradžios datos ir grąžinti visą paimtą Paskolą ne vėliau kaip iki galutinio Paskolos grąžinimo termino. Jeigu visa Paskola yra grąžinama suėjus galutiniam Paskolos grąžinimo terminui (nėra Mokėjimo dienų pagal Mokėjimo grafiką), Mokėjimo grafikas nėra sudaromas ir Paskola grąžinama suėjus galutiniam Paskolos grąžinimo terminui.
PASKOLOS GRĄŽINIMAS. 3.1. Paskolos gavėjas įsipareigoja grąžinti Paskolą Sutarties 1.1. punkte nustatytais terminais ir sumomis.

Paskolos gavėjas, įspėjęs Paskolos davėją raštu prieš [terminas skaitmenimis] ([terminas žodžiais]) dienų [ir sumokėjęs Paskolos davėjui [mokesčio dydis skaitmenimis] ([mokesčio dydis žodžiais]) procentų nuo anksčiau termino grąžinamos Paskolos sumos mokestį už prieš laiką grąžinamą Paskolą], turi teisę grąžinti Paskolą arba jos dalį anksčiau Sutarties 1.1. punkte nustatytų terminų.
PASKOLOS GRĄŽINIMAS. 5.1. Paskolos gavėjas grąžina Paskolą ir moka Palūkanas bei kitus mokėjimus (įskaitant Administravimo mokestį) tokia tvarka, kaip nurodyta Paskolos grąžinimo grafike. Visą Paskolą Paskolos gavėjas pradeda grąžinti Paskolos grąžinimo grafike which, in their substance and form, are acceptable to the Operator and comply with the laws and other legal acts; 4.1.4. the Borrower has concluded the insurance contracts required by the Operator and has provided the Operator with documents and evidence that the insurance specified in such insurance contracts is valid and meets the requirements specified in the Loan Agreement; 4.1.5. the Borrower has provided the Operator with copies of purchase documents of the mortgaged real property and documents issued by the State Enterprise “Centre of Registers” confirming the Borrower’s and/ or collateral provider’s rights to the pledged real property (the copies may be provided electronically, unless otherwise requested by the Operator); 4.1.6. the Borrower has submitted to the Operator satisfactory documentation confirming full and complete information on the sources of income required to execute payments under the Agreement; 4.1.7. the Borrower has provided the Operator with an assessment of the property pledged / mortgaged, if the Operator requests so; 4.1.8. after the Loan has been granted, the Loan-to-Value Ratio will not exceed the amount specified in the Agreement, and, in the opinion of the Operator, there are no valid grounds this ratio would increase in the future; 4.1.9. there are no existing or possible future Encumbrances in relation to the property pledged / mortaged, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement; 4.1.10. other Borrower’s obligations under this Agreement, the Agreement of Use, and other agreements concluded between the Operator, the Creditor(s) and the Borrower are duly fulfilled. 4.2. The Loan for refinancing of other loan/ credit may be disbursed in one or more instalments by transferring them to the account specified by the Creditor of the refinanced Borrower’s loan or the bank account of the Borrower, upon fulfilment of all of the following conditions: 4.2.1. the real property to be mortaged is fully paid and the Operator has been provided with the supporting documents; 4.2.2. the Borrower has provided the Operator with a written confirmation of a creditor of the refinanced loan for the benefit of which the real property had been mortaged in order to secure the performance of obligations under t...
PASKOLOS GRĄŽINIMAS. 7.1. Paskolos gavėjas turi grąžinti Paskolą pagal Mokėjimo grafiką bei 13.1 ir 13.2 punktuose nustatytą tvarką.
PASKOLOS GRĄŽINIMAS. 5.1. Paskolos gavėjas xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx sumą bei sumoka Palūkanas laikydamasis Paskolos grąžinimo grafiko. Paskolos gavėjas turi teisę nemokamai gauti įmokų mokėjimo grafiką bet kada šios Sutarties galiojimo laikotarpiu.
