The Supplier has failed to correct arithmetic mistakes and/or to clarify the tender by the deadline specified by the Contracting Authority; 7.1.6. abnormally low price was offered, and at the request of the Contracting Authority, the Supplier has failed to furnish suitable proof and evidence regarding the price validity and details of the price constituents. 7.1.7. the Supplier has submitted false data on his conformity to the requirements, which the Contracting Authority is able to prove by any legal means; 7.1.8. the Supplier whose tender was not rejected for other reasons, has offered excessively high price not acceptable for the Contracting Authority. 7.2. The Supplier will be informed about the rejected tender in 1 one business day after the date of decision.
