REASONS FOR REJECTION OF TENDERS. 7.1. The Commission shall reject the tender if: 7.1.1. the Supplier has submitted more than one tender (all tenders of the Supplier shall be rejected); 7.1.2. The Supplier has failed to meet the minimum qualification requirements, if any; 7.1.3. the Supplier has failed to provide in his tender the accurate and detailed information about his qualifications and failed to clarify it at the request of the Contracting Authority; 7.1.4. the tender (in case of negotiations – the final offer) did not meet the requirements of the tendering procedure (the procurement object indicated in the Supplier’s tender fails to meet the requirements of technical specification etc.), or the Supplier, at the request of the Contracting Authority, could not explain his tender without changing the substance matter of the tender; 7.1.5. The Supplier has failed to correct arithmetic mistakes and/or to clarify the tender by the deadline specified by the Contracting Authority; 7.1.6. abnormally low price was offered, and at the request of the Contracting Authority, the Supplier has failed to furnish suitable proof and evidence regarding the price validity and details of the price constituents. 7.1.7. the Supplier has submitted false data on his conformity to the requirements, which the Contracting Authority is able to prove by any legal means; 7.1.8. the Supplier whose tender was not rejected for other reasons, has offered excessively high price not acceptable for the Contracting Authority. 7.2. The Supplier will be informed about the rejected tender in 1 one business day after the date of decision.

The abnormally low price tender was offered, offered and at the request of the Contracting Authority, Buyer the Supplier supplier has failed to furnish suitable proof and evidence regarding not provided a written justification for the price validity and details component parts of the price constituents.or otherwise did not justify the abnormally low price;
7.1.7. The supplier has provided false information and the Supplier has submitted false data on his conformity to the requirements, which the Contracting Authority is able to Buyer can prove it by any legal means;
