Common use of Repayment Clause in Contracts

Repayment. 9.1 Any Credit amount drawn down by the Customer must be repaid within the period specified in the Specific Terms. Any amounts payable to Ferratum must be repaid in euro within the agreed term. If the Customer, performs its payment obligations in any other currency, the Customer shall cover all costs related to the exchange of such currency to Euro. The Customer may apply for a change in the Due Date at any time; provided that such application must be received at least 3 working days before the issue ofan Invoice. Ferratum shall inform the Customer of its decision within 3 working days of receiving the application. If the Customer does not receive Ferratum’s answer by such time, it shall be considered that Xxxxxxxx has refused such request. Ferratum shall have the right to refuse the change in due date for any reason and shall not be bound to disclose such reason to the Customer. Any change in Due Date shall become effective in the Invoice to be issued following the confirmation by Ferratum of such change. The Customer shall pay the fee described in the List of Fees for every change in Due Date by not later than the Due Date following such change.
