Education is only a precondition for professional performance of tasks, and through apprenticeship one achieves genuine qualification for independent execution of the tasks of the job for which the candidate is getting ready. The educational background is more than necessary, but the knowledge, skill and ability to successfully carry out the work in the profession is acquired trough practical work. The advantage of probation is that, if the employee is not working well, the employer is not required to sign an employment agreement and has the opportunity to check and make selection of other candidates.
