Without prejudice to any rights of the Buyer, the Supplier shall immediately give notice to the Buyer if it becomes aware or anticipates: (a) it will be unable to supply ၃-၁။ ၀ယသ ူ၏ မညညသ ္းလ ုတွိပုင္ငငခ ္းက ွိုမ ဦးစားသမတးဘြဲ း င္း တစၥည္းး သးတးသေင္းးေူ ေည္ သးအာကပါတွို႕ကွို ေတွိး တ်ဳမွိၿတီး သတက မွိေည္းအ ခါသတင္ “၀ယသ ူ”အား ခ ကခ င္းးအေွိသးတး any Products/ Services at the agreed time; (b) the Products/ Services do not comply with the Agreement; or (c) any matter which may result in a potential safety risk to သအၾကာင္းးၾကားရမည္။ (က) မညသည္းထ ုတက ုန္ာ း/ ၀န္သးဆာငႈ မ ားကွိုမဆွို သေဘာတူညီ ထားေည္းအ ခ ပ္ န္ွိ ငြ ္ consumers arising from the Products/ Services (whether such risk arises as a result of non–conforming Products or otherwise). သးတးသေင္းးး ခင္းး မ တ်ဳ းးွိ ုင္သးေား္လည္းးသးကာင္းး (ခ) ထုတက ုန္/၀န္သးဆာငႈ မ ားေည္ သေဘာတူစာခ တ်ဳ ္း း င္း မကုးကွိ ည ီလ င္ သးေား္လည္းးသးကာင္းး (ဂ) ထတက ုန္ာ း/ ၀န္သးဆာငႈ မ ားသးၾကာင္း သးတၚသထကလ ာေည္း ေ ုးဖစြဲေူမ ား အား ႀကီးမားသးော သးဘးအ ၱ ရာယ္ း ဖစ္သးတသၚစန္ငွို ္သးော မညသည္း သအၾကာင္းးအရာမဆွို း ဖင္စပာခြဲ လ င္ (အဆွိုတါကြဲေွိုသ႕ော စစန္းးစားရမႈေည္ ထုတက ုန္ာ း း င္း မကွိုကည ီး ခင္းး (ေွို႕) အ ခား နည္းးလမ္းးသးၾကာင္းး ဖစပါက)
