WORKING HOURS. Ordinary working hours shall not exceed an average of: Day work 37.5 hours per week 2-shift work 36.5 hours per week The further division of working hours is fixed through negotiations between the company and the employees’ elected representatives. If agreement on working hours cannot be reached, daily working hours for the five first days of the week shall be 7.5 hours excluding meal breaks, and shall be scheduled between 06.00 and 17.00. Whenever shift work is required, employees shall normally be given one week’s notice prior to the commencement and termination of shift work. If the parties so agree, working hours may be staggered so that the employee starts work before or after the normal stipulated start time. A supplement of 20 % shall be paid for work carried out after 17.00. If work is carried out after the close of normal working hours (17.00), hereunder evening workers, a supplement equal to 20 % of the standard hourly wage shall be paid.
WORKING HOURS. Bico Bygg og Innredning complies with Norwegian legislation regarding working hours, and shall be in line with legislation and industry standards. Overtime work is optional, and at a minimum is compensated in accordance with legislation and industry standards.

WORKING HOURS. Work is carried out during normal working hours (in line with the normal working hours of the site) and on normal working days. Any deviation from the normal working hours must be approved by AIR LIQUIDE beforehand. The maximum working hours stated in national or regional legislation must never be exceeded.
