ENTRY-EXIT OF THE BOUNDARY. Citizens of the two countries shall, in accordance with the "Agreement between the Government of Nepal and the Government of the People's Republic of China on Management of Ports in Nepal-China Border Areas” signed on January 14, 2012, hold valid passports or other travel documents that are recognized by both sides, to make exit-entry of the boundary through the ports, and stay within the territories of the other side during the determined period.
