Expenses of the Commission. 1. Costs associated with plenary session and meeting of the Chief Representatives including venue and local transportation shall be provided by the side where the meetings are held. 2. Other expenses incurred from the Commission shall be executed subject to the suggestion put forward by the plenary session or the meeting of the Chief Representatives and the approval of the Governments of the two countries.
