Duration of the agreement. 1. Unless otherwise agreed, the agreements are concluded for a fixed period of one year, but always for a minimum period of six (6) months. The agreement is renewed after the end of the agreed period each time for the same period, unless terminated by one of the parties by registered mail at least one month before the end of the ongoing period.
