Entry into force. This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the sec- ond month after the later of the dates on which each of the Contracting Parties has notified the other in writing, through diplomatic channels, that the internal procedures required by that Contracting Party for the entry into force of this Agreement have been complied with.
Entry into force. This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of the last note in an exchange of diplomatic notes between the Parties confirming that all necessary procedures for entry into force of this Agreement have been completed.

This Convention shall enter into force on the first day after the lat- ter of the dates on which the respective Governments have notified each other in writing that the formalities constitutionally required in their respective States have been complied with, and its provisions shall have effect for taxable years and periods beginning on or after the first day of January in the calendar year following that in which the Convention has entered into force.
Entry into force. States may, in accordance with their national procedures, express their consent to be bound by this Agreement by:
Entry into force. Each of the Contracting Parties shall notify the other in writing, through diplomatic channels, of the completion of the internal proce- dures required by its law for the entry into force of this Agreement.

This Protocol shall enter into force ninety days following the date on which twelve States have either signed it without reservation as to ratification, acceptance or approval, or have deposited an instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession with the Secretary- General.
Entry into force. This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the depositary has received the notification of all States of the completion of their internal procedures required for the entry into force of this Agreement.

The present Agreement shall be provisionally applied from the thirti- eth day from the date of its signature and shall come into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the Contract- ing Parties have informed each other in writing that the formalities required by the legislation in their respective countries have been com- plied with. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being duly authorized thereto by their respective Governments, have signed this Agreement.
