FINANCIAL GUARANTEES. The seller may not be satisfied, for whatever reason, that the buyer is sufficiently creditworthy. Any deterioration of the buyer credit may justify the request of guarantees which the seller assumes necessary, even after partial shipment. The seller will be able to cancel the contract, without prejudice to other liabilities.
