Helpdesk. COMPLAINTS: 7.1. Service Service Provider that provides you with helpdesk support connected with the use of the Provider’s Platform and Service Provider’s Services. Irrespective of any Partial Transfer made, in helpdesk connection with Service Provider’s Services each End-User should address its complaints – if any – to the Service Provider directly. You may find in the EUA with the Service Provider the details of this support and contact data of the Service Provider.
